Privacy notice
This notice explains how Lift & Glow Aesthetics Ltd (trading as Lift & Glow Aesthetics) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or contact us about a treatment. We are the data controller. Our registered office is 346 Cemetery Road, Sharrow, Sheffield, S11 8FT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZA-XXXXXXX.
We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you complete a form on this site (for example a consultation enquiry) we collect the details you give us, typically your name, email address, phone number, the city you would like to be seen in, the treatment you are interested in and any free-text notes you choose to add. If you proceed to a consultation, we will also record the clinical information needed to assess and treat you safely (medical history, medications, allergies, photographs of the treatment area and a record of the treatment delivered).
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work and to measure aggregate usage. Where cookies are not strictly necessary, we will only set them with your consent.
Lawful basis
Our lawful bases for processing are:
- Consent for marketing emails or SMS, and for any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest for responding to enquiries you send us, for basic site analytics and for keeping our records secure.
- Contract where you have booked or paid for a treatment.
- Legal obligation and vital interests for maintaining clinical records, in line with our obligations as a regulated healthcare provider.
How we use your data
We use the information you give us to call or email you back about your enquiry, to book and deliver consultations and treatments, and to keep proper clinical records. If you have opted in, we may send occasional updates about clinic news, new treatments and offers. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Consultation and treatment records are kept for 8 years from the date of your last treatment, in line with NHS and professional guidance for adult medical records. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. General enquiry data that does not lead to a consultation is deleted within 24 months.
Who we share it with
Your data is seen by the Lift & Glow Aesthetics clinic team handling your care. We also use a small number of trusted processors who act on our instructions: Brevo (our CRM and email platform), our finance and payments partner for treatment plans, and our IT and hosting providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not transfer it outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@liftandglow.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first at complaints@liftandglow.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
