Complaints
We want every patient to have a good experience with Lift & Glow Aesthetics. If something has not gone as it should, please tell us. We take complaints seriously and use them to improve.
Talk to us first
Please email complaints@liftandglow.co.uk in the first instance, or write to Lift & Glow Aesthetics Ltd, 346 Cemetery Road, Sharrow, Sheffield, S11 8FT. Include your name, the clinic and date of treatment, and a clear description of what happened.
How we will respond
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- We will carry out a full investigation and aim to give you a written response within 20 working days. If a complex case needs longer, we will tell you and keep you updated.
- The response will set out what we found, what we are doing about it and any options open to you.
If you are still not satisfied
You can escalate to one of the following independent bodies, depending on the nature of the complaint.
- Save Face operates a complaints procedure for patients of accredited aesthetic practitioners. As a Save Face member clinic, we support this route. Visit saveface.co.uk/complaints.
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates the clinical services we provide. While the CQC does not investigate individual complaints, you can share concerns about safety and quality of care at cqc.org.uk. Our CQC registration number is 1-XXXXXXXXX.
- General Medical Council (GMC) handles serious concerns about the conduct or fitness to practise of a doctor. Visit gmc-uk.org.
- Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) handles complaints about how your personal data has been used. Visit ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113. Our ICO registration is ZA-XXXXXXX.
We would always prefer the chance to put things right ourselves first, but we respect your right to go straight to any of the above at any time.
